Melanotan 1 (10 mg)

Disclaimer: The following product is intended solely for research purposes. We do not promote or encourage any consumption outside of authorised trials.
Melanotan 1 is a peptide that was synthetically created in the 90s and became popular for its tanning benefits. Just like its counterpart, it also has the same appetite-suppressing and libido-enhancing benefits as Melanotan 2. However, additional studies have since uncovered more benefits in treating specific skin conditions, as well as showing potential as a mood-enhancing supplement.

Key Benefits

Natural Tanning: Not only can it help users tan by enhancing the body’s natural production of melanin, but particularly for fair-skinned users, it can also reduce the risk of sunburn for fair-skinned users when an individual is exposed for long periods of time. Melanotan has always been well known in bodybuilding circles but has become increasingly popular outside of these circles.
Treatment of Skin Conditions: Additional research further uncovered its ability to help even skin tone, with the potential to manage conditions like vitiligo and acne. It is thought that in the case of vitiligo, Melanotan 2 can stimulate repigmentation in affected areas.
Sexual Dysfunction: Melanotan 1 has the ability to increase libido in both male and female users as it interacts with a specific MC4R receptor.
Added Benefits: Notably, in newer studies, participants using Melanotan 1 reported a positive boost in their moods compared to those in the placebo group. This benefit is still to be explored, but it is certainly notable.

How Does It Work?
Melanotan 1 is a liquid peptide, so it must be injected subcutaneously, typically in the fatty tissue around the belly button. It is designed to be taken in low doses daily, before switching to a higher weekly dose around day 11. Melanotan mimics the body’s natural melanocortin, stimulating the a-MSH hormone. This hormone is crucial for skin pigmentation and is also found in the hypothalamus, influencing sexual function and appetite.
Why Choose Melanotan 1
Melanotan 1 is thought to be gentler with fewer adverse side effects than Melanotan 2, such as nausea, but has better tanning results than Melanotan 2 in the long term. If you’re looking to build a natural tan and improve your skin, then Melanotan 1 is the peptide for you.
What’s the Difference Between Melanotan 1 and Melanotan 2?
The functions of both Melanotan 1 and 2 are very similar, but the way they work is different; both peptides connect to the melanocortin receptors, and both impact melanin production. However, Melanotan 1 seems to connect better with the MC1R receptor in our system, making it the superior option for tanning. Whereas Melanotan 2 binds better to the body’s MC4R receptor, meaning it’s the best choice for those looking for the dual benefit of tanning and treating sexual dysfunction.
Who Can Benefit?
Fair-Skinned Individuals: Able to provide a natural tan without sun exposure and reduce the risk of burning when users are out in sunlight.
Individuals with Skin Conditions: Although further studies are needed, so far, it has shown promise in alleviating conditions such as vitiligo and acne.
How to Buy Melanotan 1
When making a purchase, it is crucial to select a reliable supplier that prioritises both purity and quality. Always verify third-party testing certifications to confirm the peptide’s authenticity before buying. Ensure the products are lab-tested, with verified CAS numbers and molecular integrity, to guarantee their effectiveness.
Final Thoughts
Melanotan 1 has been well known for its natural tanning properties, especially in professional bodybuilding circles, but new studies prove it has more to offer.
Melanotan 1’s ability to provide a tan and improve skin tone, while enhancing libido and well-being, makes it a promising multi-purpose prospect.
